Course, aventures et actions !<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Le Sénégal et la région de Toubacouta  véritable refuge d'oiseaux, de singe, situé entre la forêt classée de Sangako et le fleuve Siné Saloum bordé de mangrove et  a la végétation luxuriante. Teranga Run<\/h4>\r\n
La TERANGA RUN est une course à pied à caractère humanitaire, sportive et familiale, qui se déroule à TOUBACOUTA, dans le Siné Saloum au sud du SENEGAL.<\/div>\r\n

Wai Tchai Run<\/h4>\r\n
La Thaïlande ! pays que nous avons découvert en 2017 et dont nous sommes tombés sous le charme. Nous avons donc eu envie de vous la faire découvrir.
Après une reconnaissance fin janvier 2020 avec notre amie Tuk guide touristique, nous avons sillonné les pistes dans la région de Chiang Mai, Prao et Pai pour aller à la rencontre de ses habitants.
